ROGER JOHNSTONE

Roger Johnstone is the former founding editor of the Australian Financial Review’s Weekend Edition (1997- 2012) and more recently acting CEO of the Financial Review Group (2011). He previously held consulting editor roles with BRW magazine, Smart Investor magazine and the AFR magazine. Roger was previously deputy editor The Bulletin, editor Australian Business Magazine and business news editor of the The Australian newspaper He has had previous experience in radio, television and online business coverage. Roger is the person who loves to build new products, explore new business fields and make them happen.

LYNNE VELLA

Lynne’s background covers over 35 years in research with roles spanning senior executive postings and directorships. Over 600 pages of her research findings have been published in mainstream Australian print media, including The Australian Financial Review, The Australian, Australian Business Magazine, and National Accountant. Research reports have been favourably tabled by Government Ministers in Hansard. Lynne established a not-for-profit agency assisting over 7500 individuals with their career transitions. An independent audit of the performance of this organisation saw an averaged growth over a four year cycle of 262 per cent. Lynne surrounds herself with talented individuals bringing cutting edge insights and solutions to research projects.

ANTHONY BERTINI

Anthony Bertini is the founder and chairman of Thumper One Pty Ltd, an investment and advisory firm focused on the information and technology sector with interests in data processing, electronic gateways and biometric security. He is also co-founder and chairman of ARCA Group Investments operating in the clean tech and energy sectors and Organic Technology Holdings, a business with proprietary technology and processes to break down organic waste for reuse in the food chain. Anthony is a former publisher of IPC Magazines Australia, group sales director of The Bulletin and Australian Business Magazines, deal marker for UKTI, Co Founder CEO of BMC Media and CEO of Hyro Pty Ltd. Current directorships include The Copyright Agency, WaveFront Biometric Technologies, Hydrogen Assist and Direct Business Data.
